Enter at your own risk. Future felons. Lacks civil human beings. Must enjoy no water and water leaks when necessary. Mold friendly.

We did not rent from them but this is our experience from applying It came out very sketchy We originally went to apply for a small about 700 square foot one bedroom the lady that operates the office informed us that the security deposit is around $700 (Shaunna) We asked her was anyone else in the process of applying for this apartment she said no. We walk to the apartment nothing was new it was all old but at least the carpet was shampooed the grounds are pretty dirty but hey it happens. We applied. A week past we called a total of 5 times and dropped a note on the office door and emailed with no response finally we got a hold of Shaunna The lady in the office informed us that she had called us and emailed us we had not one response we were anxiously expecting it. Anyway moving forward she asked how much the security deposit was here's where it gets sketchy She asked was my mom receiving assistance from an agency or was she paying the deposit on her own. I hadn't thought about it but I responded by saying it depends on how much the deposit is how much is it? She responded I have to know so we can know how much charge I'm so well it's based on your credit the deposit should be the deposit how much is it? She said well if you're getting help from an agency then we'll have to charge you $1,400 for not then we could probably work out 1100 I was completely shocked being that my mom is older in her credit is Flawless plus no negative rental history She wasnt a rental risk no dogs no kids.. Plus Last time we checked her credit was in the 800s The lady's response was her credit was only 580. When we checked her credit it was not 580 Not even close Also there was no evidence that her credit had been ran by them at all we pay for credit monitoring. And even if it hadn't been I know people that can get a house or around 590 credit score. So to charge her 1100 for 700 square foot apartment was completely ridiculous the apartment was so small that if you messed up all of the carpet punched holes in the walls and messed up the stove it stillWould not have equal 1100 im repairs. B I feel like to take advantage of people that they feel of the poor if it's based on credit it shouldn't matter if they get help from an agency or not you're going to charge them extra because they're poor that's discriminatory Also my mom was not high-risk she was just a little lady by herself with no issues whatsoever on her credit so that leads me to believe that you guys charge the people high security deposits then take half when they leave for "damage" and "cleaning fees" Also I feel like they take the $35 for credit checks as a side hussle ...2 ppl here 2 there.. can add up But even though the neighborhood was bad my mom was really set out on that place she spoke to her on Friday stating that she be back from Bakersfield to give her the $300 holding fee. We wouldve came sooner but she has chemo. The lady in the office said okay. Yesterday (monday) we received a call stating that they had already rented the place to someone over the weekend. Since the office is not actually open over the weekend (barely open at all being the fact that we had to track them down in order to even know we were approved) means they rented it to someone else Friday when they told her they'd take her holding fee on Tuesday So I do feel like they lied about we were the only ones applying for the place and when they " called us" for the apartment they were actually calling someone. You can rent there if you want but that place seems super sketchy
