Sandy made these apartments. When she retired these apartments fell apart. New manager is only around to collect money around the 1st of the month. Never fixed anything right. Storage units are now being broken into. Yards look like s#!$. This place is not getting better.

We have lived in these apartments for over 18 years. It was a really nice apartment complex until the new owners took over and when Sandy left the office, it really took a nose dive for the worst!!! They don't fix anything or when they do, it is with leftover parts that still don't work and make things worse! They are never in the office when it is still working hours. They let the new tenants play loud music and have pets when they clearly state no pets are allowed. The security gate NEVER works! I would not reccommend moving into these apartments anymore. I would not even give it the one star, but you have to put it up so that other people can see how stupid this complex is!

Poor Security, lazy maintenance worker, shady management. The apartments are good but lack of security makes the apartments poor and UNSAFE.
