Looks like you do need appointments I knew they were gonna send me back but what got me mad was that when I suggested for them to put a sign where the line begins so no one waste time she started acting very rude

Yes, appointment is required. They changed there policy from 01/03 when no appointment was required to 01/09 that appointment needed due to them running out of tests. They said you can make a complaint to the company because they think everything is fine until someone complains. I made same suggestion for better signs and also update Google. I asked for supervisor who happened to not be on site.

PCR tests are free. Always a long line. Last time, it took 5 days for my results 😑 For sure they need a sign that says "Appts. ONLY" I seen a lot of cars having to leave the line smh

It's by appointment and it cost 140$ smh
