Staff is super helpful. The wait time is better than any other office I've visited. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. The lobby is spacious which makes good for social distancing. Masks are required. Walk-ins accepted. Handicap accessible. Public restrooms are available.

No public allowed in a PUBLIC BUILDING. security guards need to be trained on being g civil. I'm not asking them to be nice, just not rude and hostile. I'm there looking for help, and get greeted by a guard yelling at me as I exit my car, calling me "Yo". I don't answer to "Yo" and never will. "Excuse me sir" would have been a proper way to start a conversation.

To get the help you need, you need to bring in everything that they ask of you. If you miss anything, they can't help you. Basically, it's a "help us, help you" thing.
Depends on where you live but transitional office will give you a voucher for an ID. They gave one to my niece. Call 211 they have enormous amounts of resources. Good luck mija, you will get help
∆∆∆ yes your best bet is to go in the building, because the number that is listed is hard to reach or get information. I think they open to the public at 8:30am
It's really not a long time but say about an hour the longest there pretty good over there bye
5pm.
