Few times there and all they have done discriminated me and wasn’t supported at all or didn’t try to help me out in any way and was raices towardme and there was a few workers that got involved and all they was put me down didn’t help with any solut

To get the help you need, you need to bring in everything that they ask of you. If you miss anything, they can't help you.
