I need help with my case and have been calling for a week just for the phone to always say they’re busy and hang up on me . How am I suppose to figure anything out when the line is never working or putting me through and then the times I get through im on the phone for almost 2 hours on hold .

Was refused a supervisor, and couldn’t even get the name of the worker I was talking to because she also refused to give me that as well. So unprofessional literally have me rescheduling my 2 month olds doctor appointment + shots because OF THIER LACK OF ABILITY TO ACTIVE MY SONS MEDICAL !!!

I only get good service when I go into the office. You wait hours on the phone. I can never get on line because you have to call that same number to get your ID so you can change your password. I'm only changing an appointment to go into the office. If you don't have a phone or computer your stuck. That's for every office in the state. This is a good office.

If your talking about Cash aid and food stamps then yes you can file online but you still have to go to the office for interview
Yes they take walk-ins at that San Bernardino County tad office
How can I contact you to see my services
You might want to check online since some offices are closed. C4yourself.com Typically if the office is open to the public you can simply walk in and ask for it without having to see a worker. If you don't like waiting then you can make an appointment ahead of time.
