Got to wait till they are open for in person appointments. They are doing everything over the phone or by mail. Call them at the number posted on the front door and they can assist you further.

No appointment needed however every weds they close at noon statewide

It depends, Mondays are the worst, 2 hour wait time. Wednesday, they close at 12. I'd suggest going Friday mornings, shortest wait time I've had. It took about 15 minutes.
