Just walk in to the receptionist and be put on the list to see a worker otherwise your going to be stuck.

Walk in my mom went there Friday and they let my mom in
Yes they are open but they don't allow anybody inn unless is something you really have to go inn for. Other wise they have paperwork envelopes etc outside and the papers go in the droppe box the kiosk is closed.

Walk-in and ask to speak to a worker
I called the number that is given for the transitional office a recording comes on which says that it has reached its limit on callers call back at a later time I do this everyday and cannot get through my benefits or discontinued and there's no way for me to contact the worker what should I do this makes no sense I've been trying to contact someone for the last week and a half now San Bernardino California
