I recently applied for cal fresh n no one has contacted bmuself after I missed my appointment n I called the Wkr to let her know I was sick so can I please reschedule my appt I’ve called this lady 5 times. NO RESPONSE AT ALL U PEOPLE DONT HELP BLACKS AT ALL IM CALLING HER DIRECTOR SHES NOT RESPONSE TO MY CALLS WHY???? Her name is CLAIFIA SANTANA SHE SENT ME A LTR CASE NUMBER 3418455 but they claim I’m not n youre system I’ve also uploaded my docs why I ve not been approved please enlighten myself

Place stinks outside like pee.The security acts very cop like even tho hes not.Staff is ok some not all.Very crowded and uncomfortable to be in there wish it was run better.

Whoever “Ms Mendoza” is you’re not help I would’ve put 0 stars but imma comment this cause if this is the person you’re speaking with, she’s NO HELP AT ALL. All she said was to apply for unemployment. If you get this person report to her so she can be removed immediately! They DO do favorites so if you’re not telling them what they want to hear then they won’t help you. I told her I had nothing no place to stay NOTHING and all I got was “apply for unemployment when I already told her I’m working full time SMFH
