Frank in service and Julian the GM of Moss Bros took great care of us. We had a air conditioning issue with our jeep and from the moment we left the Jeep off for repair to the time it was ready for pick up the communication was on point, everything was explained in detail as to what needed to be repaired. My Jeep is perfect and everyone who works in the service department was very kind and acknowledged every vehicle that pulled into the service department. This is also where I purchased my Jeep, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this place 5 stars to everyone who works there.

ROXY ARELLANO was the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with! She took so much time in explaining all my options to me. Her customer service is PHENOMENAL! She had both cars i was interested in picked out for me and ready to test drive and she completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me!! She is super professional and informative and she had all my questions answered. I was super impressed by her and LOVED how she reached out to me afterwards to ensure I was completely satisfied! I’ll definitely be sending more customers her way and I’ll be back in the future for more purchases!!

I'm only giving it 1 star because the sales rep that help us was very nice and helpful. They straight up lie to you, they use a fake price online to get you in the door, the person i spoke with Roxanne or Roxy was no where to be found when I got there, shocking, and the car had over 15k in markups, not even the plus model, overpriced add ons and aftermarket modifications. Don't call them, don't go here it's all a lie to get you in the door, they will lie over the phone and then put the blame on the person that is conveniently not there, it's a big red flag when they can't tell you why those extra numbers are there nor they will provide a itemized bill of sale unless they run your credit. Stay away. You been warned.

Thank you Moss Bros Collision Center. Recently I was parked and a vehicle backed into my truck. There was damage to my front bumper that required new parts and paint. When we got into contact with Ron and Team at Moss Bros. collision they were able to quickly schedule my vehicle assessment and began to work on our truck within an hour of delivery. Impressive. In a scenario like this, I'm hyper-focused on communication from the dealer and the result of the body work. The team communicated the work that needed to be completed before beginning any work, Moss Bros provided an estimated completion timeline, and communicated photos as they were progressing through the work. It meant a lot to us, our family enjoys this vehicle and the communication gave us a sense of priority that Moss Bros was taking pride in their work and respecting our time and auto. We would like to take a moment to recognize Debbie the front desk manager at the collision center, the Collision Center Manager and Ron, their Director. The result, the parts that were replaced and repainted look like they did the day our truck was purchased new and this level of attention means a ton. If you are considering a body shop, consider Moss Bros-they are a world class team and come with my highest recommendation. Thanks Moss Bros. Collision!

California has a no "Cooling-Off" period which means you're not able to return a car after purchase but there is also a "Lemon" law where the dealer cannot sell you a defective car. I would call the dealer and explain the problem.

Her car has been having problems since day 1. They don't answer phones, don't return messages, and when you go in person they are rude and tell you they can't fix your car because the warranty They sold you is worthless! Sorry, Jeep does not make a qualifying vehicle for the new 2019 red carpool stickers. As of right now, we don't know of any plans for them to enter this market segment. Moss Bros. does sell a variety of vehicles that will qualify including the Honda Clarity, Chevy Bolt and Volt, VW eGolf and the Toyota Prius Prime. If we can help you take a look at any of these, please let us know. FYI, the Pacifica Hybrid is not a plug-in and therefor it will not qualify for the new red HOV land sticker.
