California has a no "Cooling-Off" period which means you're not able to return a car after purchase but there is also a "Lemon" law where the dealer cannot sell you a defective car. I would call the dealer and explain the problem.
Usually you cant. You usually only have like 1-3 days unless you sign the paper where it doesnt allow you to return. Once you drive it off the lot, its yours. Probably can only trade it in. You should have warranty to cover the issues though.
I had a problem contact better business bureau handle the problem
I wonder the same question but had mine for a few months now. I had so many things break on it.
