Very clean, everything went smooth the day of the burial but the people in the office need to be a little more people friendly. I waited over 5 months for my Father's headstone. I must have stopped up there 6 times to find out any info. Instead of directing me they simply said we are not responsible, just poor communication in general. It was if they didn't care. Other than that everything was great.

Office staff is awful. They were confused, not sure of rules or pricing! One person didn’t know what the other said. The day of the funeral they tried to charge me more after speaking to several ppl & emailing! It was awful just awful!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cremated remains in the mail; either a funeral director or family member would need to bring the remains directly to the cemetery. Please call our office at (631) 732-3460 between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday to speak with a Customer Sales & Service representative who can explain the process to you and provide you with available options.
Lou- If you visit http://search.cclongisland.org, you can view the burial sites of loved ones throughout out cemeteries. This will also give you access to mapping to show where the grave is located. Your brother is located in Section 12, Range E, Plot #10.
Kathy- If you are the owner of the plot, you can complete an affidavit to designate space in the plot for your sister. Please contact the cemetery office at 631-732-3460 to speak to one of our Customer Sales & Service Representatives for more information.

Hello. Inscriptions are completed by monument dealers, not the cemetery. You would need to reach out to a local monument dealer to go over the process for having an inscription placed on a monument.
Decorations should be removed prior to January 15th. General cemetery cleanup will begin on January 15th which will include removal of seasonal decorations and any items that are not permitted per cemetery rules and regulations.
