Very disappointed, They installed my new system a few years back. Within a month system stopped working. Called them early in the morning and they where unable to come out that day (My new heating system) Called another company and was informed of a shoddy install. When i called the owner i was told i got what i payed for (Implying that b/c i did the job through Lowes) For some reason i decided to give them a second chance when i got a call about a maintenance special a few months ago. They came out and did the work, 1 week later no heat at 2am!!!! Called another company who fixed it in 2 minutes. The tech told me i should get maintenance done and when i told him i had it done less than a week ago he laughed and agreed with me that the previous company wasted my money and did nothing on the maintenance Call!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Relocated thermostat. Took unit apart inspected everything. Excellent repairman who is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need reliable, honest and friendly this is the company and Steve Porco is the repairman. One of the few times I felt like I got what I paid for. Thanks for the great experience.

Hey Jeffey, If you notice ice forming anywhere on your AC system, your first step must be to shut it off. It’s important to let your system defrost before any further inspection or repairs can be done. Once it has thawed, check to ensure your filter is clean and that there are no obstructions or debris around or inside the unit. If your unit freezes up again after cleaning and turning it back on, you will need to call for repairs. I hope this answers your question.
