Do not trust modern comfort for honoring their follow up on commitments they committed to complete a job 3 months ago and I am still hearing excuses

We did everything we were contracted for ,the customer has wood top plates and old cement coping ,which is falling off we told him to get a Mason to install new coping and regrout joints,if we just glued corners on to wood more then likely they would fall into the pool and ruin the new liner
