I have been calling for 3 months, they repaved the road in my neighborhood and now none of the drains are catching water. Everyone’s driveway is flooding, and the water is running around drains and pouring into everyone’s yard. Worst service , promised they would fix and keep in touch. Haven’t heard from anyone.

(Slowest clap possible) for the town of Brookhaven for closing the road down completly to repave it at 5:30 in the AFTERNOON when everyone’s getting off work. Sure why not that’s the perfect time to close the road.... An absolute joke, a 10 minute ride was turned just into a 40 minute drive thanks to the wonderful incompetence that is the town of Brookhaven. Some of the highest taxes in the country though and it can’t be done at night when nobody’s on the road like it should be!!! God forbid they pay some people overtime to do it the right way but then they wouldn’t be able to pocket our money I guess. Absolutely disgusting....other states have half the taxes that we do and their roads are perfect and the work that’s done on them is done at night imagine that doing things the way that make sense this town should be ashamed of themselves

These roads are the worst I’ve ever seen in any state county or town in any of the 52 states I’ve ever been in. It’s the worst it’s ever been on Long Island. If anyone had the job of being in charge of the roads they would be fired immediately in a normal job. Why the lack of action???? how can you let it get this bad and how can you sleep at night. ???Do some thing before we have no more cars left !!!

Side streets, side roads, main roads and highways including the expressway all look like a war zone due to unpaved roads. Please re pave the roads. Everybody's vehicles are all hitting potholes and getting rocks kicked up at our cars on all roads within Brookhaven.
