We went to the Coram location for the first time today. The office is very nicely appointed and clean. The staff was AMAZING! From my phone call to them, to the visit, everyone was so helpful, kind and informative. It is an urgent care so even with an appointment you have to wait but the doctors and nurses were great. I will definitely be going there again

I have been to this office 3 times, and each time there is a problem. Visit 1 They only sent over half of my prescriptions and it took me over a week to get a call back and get the correct prescription filled. 2nd visit was specificity for a prescription refill of which they forgot to send in half of the refills. I asked for a call back from the doctor, and its been a month without a return call. 3rd visit, after arriving for my appointment they tell me they can't access my bloodtests (reason for my visit) After much hassle, they said they have accessed the records, but I have been sitting in the room waiting for a doctor for the past hour. Very disappointing, and I do not recommend this office. Try another Caremed, or different doctors completely. I had enough time to write this review, and transfer my medical history to a new doctor before I walk out on this place. You have been warned!!

Please change the sign outside to IDontCareMed asap. Went because they were close by and I was sick and in pain and didn't want to wait for my PCP visit the next morning. Waited for 2 hours. Prescribed medication that sure sounded promising! Got to pharmacy and they didn't send the Rx. Called and they were closed. I'm not even going to finish this...there's a witch doctor behind the nearby car wash you'll have a much better experience.
