Chaparral does offer a price match guarantee and that goes for over the phone as well. Just tell the salesman where you found it cheaper and they will take care of it for you and ship it.

My experiences with this place is that they have absolutely the worst customer service - takes over an hour to reach anybody (if you're lucky) by phone, they don't respond to emails, chat, or phone calls. I'm sure not employing enough people cuts overhead and saves a company a lot of money!
