Bummer. When you post questions on Google maps it goes to the public, to people who have visited the store, not to the store itself. Sometimes it helps to complain at the bbb, and try calling the store again tomorrow during regular business hours. Good luck with your stuff.
When I buy tires I just give them a call in a couple days later or tell them you want to do a tire drop off I got my tires the next day
