Have been experiencing a problem with my kid's PC for many months and have been frustrated by not knowing what to do, or what the issue might be - Tony was able to give advice on the issue over the phone, and recommend next steps and solutions. It was a relief to get good basic information quickly as well as a best assessment on what the options are. Cracked my laptop screen? NO Problem for Tony, from broken to good as new within 3 DAYS! I have the most uncanny ability to break everything computer related. After accidentally murdering the screen on my beautiful 17" laptop gifted to me by my parents...I did panic a little. Come Wednesday morning I called up Tony, because I wasn't sure what to do next. After examining the laptop, he mentioned he would have to order the screen and it may take 2 weeks for the part to arrive and to install (understandable since these products ship from NY). Then I remembered I have an Amazon Prime account (Free 2 Day Shipping), Tony gave me the part number to order, placed the order that evening, product arrived 2 days later and he installed it the SAME DAY. Broke the screen on a Tuesday evening, had it fixed and good as new in my arms Friday Night! Tony was fantastic, uber professional, and understood how important and quickly I needed my laptop. He could've easily waited to install the screen the following week but instead he was fast, efficient, personable, and dependable in answering all my questions and easing my fears. THANK YOU TONY! I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, honest individual for your laptop/computer/IT needs.

I have always been a little cautious about having anyone working on my business computers because there is so much data that could potentially be compromised. I have used Connectionz on several occasions now and must say that I have been very pleased. Tony has been quite reliable and seems very competent and trust worthy. Hello Dale, it depends on the existing hardware. Typically it's doable but a compatibility check is needed to ensure the process is smooth for an in-place upgrade. If you'd like to discuss this further I'll be back to work on Tuesday. Have a happy thanksgiving.
