Cracked my laptop screen? NO Problem for Tony, from broken to good as new within 3 DAYS! I have the most uncanny ability to break everything computer related. After accidentally murdering the screen on my beautiful 17" laptop gifted to me by my parents...I did panic a little. Come Wednesday morning I called up Tony, because I wasn't sure what to do next. After examining the laptop, he mentioned he would have to order the screen and it may take 2 weeks for the part to arrive and to install (understandable since these products ship from NY). Then I remembered I have an Amazon Prime account (Free 2 Day Shipping), Tony gave me the part number to order, placed the order that evening, product arrived 2 days later and he installed it the SAME DAY. Broke the screen on a Tuesday evening, had it fixed and good as new in my arms Friday Night! Tony was fantastic, uber professional, and understood how important and quickly I needed my laptop. He could've easily waited to install the screen the following week but instead he was fast, efficient, personable, and dependable in answering all my questions and easing my fears. THANK YOU TONY!
