Huntington Hill reception area reminds me of a high class Spa. The staff are very professional and you get treated very well. I have used this facility several times over the years, and do not hesitate to return. Results come timely and I was so relaxed during my last MRI I actually dozed off.

I left work early and rushed to make my 5:00pm appointment. Within a few minutes of waiting a lady and an older gentleman were complaining about their wait time. After waiting for over an hour I approached the front desk, Jasmine was unprofessional and condescending. As front desk supervisor she should have communicated to her X-ray patients that their X-ray machine was broken or in her words “having technical difficulties.” Instead she had some of us waiting over 1 Hour and 10 minutes and wanted us to wait another 1/2 Hour or so. If she would have communicated this issue with her patients, we could have made an informed decision. Instead she was unprofessional and condescending. Her front desk staff seemed to be more caring, more helpful, and more concerned then she was. I will be scheduling at another imaging center for my X-rays.
