From the day I did my interview to become a caregiver with Home Instead Pasadena to the last day I worked at this company, Home Instead office staff greeted me with warmth and were intentional about affirming me in my job. I particularly appreciated Jennifer Dayrit’s flexibility and understanding in her role. Jennifer took the time to find clients with whom I would match well, and she was always understanding if I wasn’t able to cover a last-minute shift, which allowed me to keep a healthy work-life balance. Jennifer was always considerate and warm, and she supported me in my caregiving role, as I’m sure she will continue to do for other caregivers.

I have been using Home Instead to assist me in caring for my grandmother the past few years. During that time I have gotten to know their team fairly well, and they are never too busy or tired to take my calls. They listened to my specific needs for my Gram and took time to help me find the perfect match, Sandra. Then when Sandra had to move away, they were able to send me another gem caregiver, Jackie. Christine at the Home Instead office is the best scheduler, and has been supportive in the ups and downs with me as my Grams primary caregiver, and helped me so much. I feel blessed to have the kind professional support when I need it most.

Home Instead Pasadena has been a wonderful resource as our need for care and assistance at home for my mother has increased. Krys has managed our team of caregivers, and she has been very helpful and flexible with some of the unique aspects of our situation. Our caregiver team of Jeanette, Gracia and Dania have been exceptional. They are warm and caring with my mom, and make the extra effort when unforeseen challenges arise. Home Instead Pasadena is a fantastic resource for seniors who wish to stay in their homes. I recommend them without reservation.

Working with Home Instead Pasadena for the past three years has been a very rewarding experience. From day one i have been very happy with every aspect of Home Instead Pasadena. Everyone has always made my job feel less like a job and more like a second home. I enjoy assisting Home Instead in providing the best care for our seniors. Each time i have to contact the office whether it be scheduling (Jennifer, Meg or Brenda) our care coordinators (Krys, Rita) our general Manager (Elizabeth). Melissa in the front or Pat and Julia from Human resources everyone is very kind and helpful. Without our wonderful staff Home Instead wouldn’t be the same. Thanks Guys!
