This place was great! They saw me quickly & treated me very well. The receptionist was very sweet., She was patient with me even though I was so disorganized & couldn’t find my insurance card etc. The nurses were very cordial as well. The nurses were professional & explained everything very well. I appreciate how the staff treated me with respect, care, concern, empathy & professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone.

My experience at Exer was excellent. Kind and patient front staff helped me register but also ensure I was at the right place to be seen based on my symptoms. I was treated with care and compassion throughout my visit and all staff were personable and professional, thorough and thoughtful. The well-appointed facility is pristine inside, and even at end of day with all full waiting room, the lobby had a serene feel. I’m glad to have this choice so close to my home!

This is absolutely my urgent care clinic of choice. Along with my teenagers, I have been a patient here for several years. The staff is always polite and efficient. Nurses are super competent and have great bedside manner. The Huntington doctors are helpful and kind; one helped me through a panic attack. The facility is bright, clean, and modern. And there is a large parking lot. From stiches, to broken bones, to Covid — and more — the team here has taken their time with our family: reassuring our concerns, making us feel well taken care of, and showing patience and understanding through our many questions. I always refer this clinic.
