Funny how the doctor can’t call me back no matter how many messages I leave them but as soon as I leave a 1 star review I got an immediate phone call on how I can change my opinion. Hahahahahaha please go anywhere else in the world except here if you have any actual medical problems, the doctors at urgent med are there to get paid and go home, they don’t care about you

Just had a TB test here. Very fast and nice staff. The person who took the test has the LIGHTEST hand ever!! Didn't feel anything ☺

I actually didn’t come to your urgent care, but I did meet one of your nurses Christian. He was covering someone’s shift over at Eagle Rocks Urgent Care, and was so kind + easy to talk to. Not to mention he was very good at doing his job. It’s truly the good people that makes coming somewhere scary not as bad. You’re lucky to have such a great person working with you. Thank you Christian!!

First off, the nurses were all wonderful. I came in stating that I had ear pain and that I suspected I had an ear infection because it was very similar to pain I had experienced at the onset of a bad ear infection I had gotten a couple months ago. The doctor focused in on my saying that I also had a sore throat and acted confident that the issue at hand was that I may have Covid, even though I mentioned testing negative both 5 days and 2 days prior. I was given a rapid test which was negative, and then a PCR test which I’m waiting back on (update: that came back negative too). Long story short, after 2 1/2 hours I left with absolutely no help for the ear pain which I’m still experiencing, and the doctor didn’t even acknowledge on my paperwork what I had come in for, just that I had an acute sore throat. I have never felt so completely dismissed in a medical setting before and am just sitting in my parked car now with pain in both ears and tears in my eyes from how small I feel. Nurses were actually really great though and if this negative review is in any way used to critique them I want to make clear that was not my intent in writing it. Thanks ladies. Update: Still covid negative and turns out I needed emergency oral surgery, which I’m so thankful that a better doctor elsewhere noticed right away.
