This is the worst city I’ve ever lived in. My bills have been over $700. They can’t explain why even after coming to my home and looking at every electrical items in my house. When I requested assistance during COVID they said my daughter had to prove she never worked before and that I could get something from social security office. They said they do no such thing. I called back they said call the employment office… they said they do no such thing. When I emailed back no response. I just called about getting a rebate because of my electrical car they said I can’t get it because I purchased my car over 180 days. Pasadena is a bunch of crooks. Not too mention I caught my neighbor in my dead neighbors house. Pasadena police did nothing! I’m ready to leave after a year.

Large tree limb in my back yard broke off and fell on utility lines. Called PWP and they came out and cut it off. Called me to let me know they were taking care of it. Nice to have city services responding quickly and taking care of the problem.

I love visiting this type of places in mornings or sunsets, there’s no people, quiet and enjoyable! Parking is easier

This site is only a robot and when your main line is leaking and you need immediate help I did not feel at all reassured that someone would come to help us as the workers were trying to find where the leak began. It would be nice to talk to a person so you know your worry is being met.

PWP offers a Refrigerator Recycling Program; electric customers (residential and commercial) can contact us to schedule to have their old, energy wasting refrigerator replaced with a new, high efficiency one. Information about this program can be found online at: https://ww5.cityofpasadena.net/water-and-power/refrigeratorrecyclingservice/

Thank you for contacting us; however the Water and Power Department does not oversee any trash/refuse/recycling service. We recommend contacting the Pasadena Public Works Department at 626.744.7311.

Why are you still living in 16th century? Why can't you take the monthly payments from our checking account? Dear CEO, You may not know this but it is true. People are busy working, no time for this. They are not busy counting bonuses!!

Hi, we currently offer an automatic payment option; you can fill out the Direct Debit Application online at PWPweb.com/PayMyBill and have your utility bill paid automatically from your checking or savings account. We're also working on updating our Customer Information System, and will be able to offer our customers more options soon. Thank you!
