Chris A in maintenance was awesome. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the apartment and his craft. Went above and beyond on our service call, identifying some issues we hadn't seen and proactively took care of them for us.

It was a great apartment while we lived there and the staff were nice. Maintenance were always prompt. We lived there for two years, and then this year they raised our rent another $1,100.00 on top of what it was. Since this complex was built after 2015, the rent control laws do not apply and they can raise rent as much as they want. I’m betting they will do it for any other leases coming up on renewal soon. I did appreciate Greystar giving us an additional 60 days on our existing lease to give us extra time to find a new place to live. Had we not been priced out, we would have stayed. Such a shame.

Additionally, I must say Jasmine and Sam in the leasing are just delightful! They too are so helpful, professional, and committed to excellence in the workplace. Hello! Our maintenance team changes the air filters and smoke detector batteries once a year.
No tvs, and you have to get either frontier or Spectrum to install separately.
Hello. At this moment we unfortunately do not offer furnished homes however we can refer you to vendors who can assist.
There is a washer and dryer in each home.
