Clean property, considering there was a garbage strike going on. (A replacement Co. was there to collect household trash.) Residents brought their trash to collection site. Overall, clean & nice park.

Overall pretty quiet, polite neighbors, nice location. Several fast food options around the corner as well as grocery stores
