Wonderful place to live. Been here 9 years lots of great neighbors. The pool And jacuzzi are a great place to relax. Lots of guest parking. Nice pot luck gatherings monthly for the residents to get together. Bingo on wed nights.

We’ve lived here three years and love it. The neighborhood is small, quiet and clean. We like to ride our bikes down the river trail to the beach. Best of all, we own our own place in Huntington Beach. This city is amazing and we’re so grateful to live here.

Decent senior mobile home park in Southeast Huntington Beach on the border of Fountain Valley. Average clubhouse with various events organized by the tenants. Owner has some odd rules, so be sure to research before moving in.

Currently, I believe it is $1400 with $60 increase on the 1st of the each year.
No smell at all.
Well I know my friend paid over 1200 mo for the space only- included trash and water I THINK. Some of the ones in OC are much more- some older ones are selling saying that the their space rent is 995. I think it probably goes up when a new person buys in.
We pay $1,225 effective Jan 1 2020. We have been here a little over two years. We started at $1,095...then went to $1,160. It will go to $1,225. The senior park on Garfield where friends live only went up $35. The club house here "smells" many people have commented. The furnishings and flooring etc...appear to be the original stuff from 1972. The gym "equipment" is also circa 1970's. Garbage all of it. I hear the space rent for new tenants is $1,345 a month.
