I am writing this in regards to the management at Villa Huntington Beach. I am a realtor with a very amazing client who would love to retire in this park. Unfortunately Brian, who handles the qualification process has been extremely cold, and unhelpful throughout the process. We have a special situation where the Park requires repairs on the unit, unfortunately the seller cannot afford the repairs, but my client is willing to help with them in order for the deal to happen and the park has the repairs approved. We asked Brian if he can please just review our client to make sure she qualifies, before we agree to make repairs. This way no one wastes their time. He plain and simple refused to meet with us, and not only was very cold, rude and unhelpful with us, but when we asked if we can speak to a manager he refused to tell us who they were. We explained we are just trying to provide a solid solution to a problem where all parties will be happy and win. He, and I quote, laughed and said "That's not the Parks Problem." We still don't know if a manager will even reach out because he gave us no details, and even said he isn't guaranteeing someone will even try and reach out to us. My advice to anyone who is trying to buy in this community and live here is watch out because for sure Brian seems like he will make the situation hard for you.

Management is rude and incompetent, awful work ethics. There's never parking, people there are rude. Especially lot #126, racist and disrespectful to family members. Not to mention a sex offender lives in the park where children run around all day.

Not worth no parking
Yes they are allowed, but others cannot come with their dogs to visit. The manager will confront you and threaten you. You can call and ask for Bryan Madrid
To much
