I’m from Chicago so my pizza standards are high and California pizza is always disappointing but this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I’m not even sure if it was real cheese the cheese was so weird and gross. I’d rather eat little Cesar’s pizza for $5 than a $25 pizza we literally threw away.

Pizza was un-edible, and too salty. Filled out a complaint on the website the next day. No response. Call three days later, and the refund is not possible, because three days have gone past, as if the customer has nothing better except like enjoying the weekend and going to work. I only spoke to one of the managers (Sam K), and I ask the owner to get the message to the owner of the restaurant that this is unacceptable. Yes, I sent a complaint to the corporate office. No response. I went to the website, there is no call number, other than filling out the form. Looks like I will never be eating another RoundTable Pizza ever. So, I have been advised by the credit card company, that the best thing to do is to taste the food, before making payments. So, go ahead, take a bite, before you actually pay it, only if they let you take a bit.. .LOL 4/28/2022. Per reply from the Biz owner, I just sent an email requesting a refund of $18. Let's see what they have to say. BTW, if you choose to do pick-up order or dine-in, and you don't really see much of a crowd on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon, don't be a fool like me and consider going someplace else, even if you have to wait 40 minutes for a decent pizza, instead of unedible one. 4/29/2022 So, no response from the customer support center. So, it sounds like they don't care, and anticipate folks to order pizza from roundtable pizza, per prior reputation, and furthermore, they just like to automatically respond to reviews like this so that it appears that they care, but not really. Pretty nifty automation trick..... I hope that yelp/google did not automate messages not this.

Round table is one of my favorite pizza places. Today we went during lunch time when you can eat the pizza buffet and salad bar. It's a great way to eat because you can try all The different pizzas. Plus, if there're not to busy they will make your favorite pizza. The only down side for Round Table is they are very expensive... $$$ #LocalGuides

Reminded us of Peter Piper from AZ. Play the ring game outside....its nearly impossible to win. Good value, great atmosphere. Some of the bigger empty tables were dirty, but we found a good spot by the front window and enjoyed the view.
