Horrible experience. We had a beautiful cream carpet installed that had What looked like grease marks on it. In multiple places. They told us a manager would come out and take a look. He did not show and we never got a phone call. So we called and made a second appointment with the Mgr. The manager agreed it would need to be replaced. The guys show up today to install the new carpet and it is no better. Major snags and another stain. So we call the store and they can’t be bothered. The only response was come in and pick out something else.

Highly recommend, customer service is great, the installers do a wonderful job and the price can't be beat. I got bedrooms carpets there a couple of years ago and then got flooring for my kitchen done and just ordered flooring for the rest of my upstairs and carpet for my living room. Shirley is the best!
