Never take your car here. They don't know how to take care of there customers. Customers service here sucks. I had a new door handle put on my bmw and they cracked the wood grain trim. They blame me. I took it ferman bmw to have fixed right.

You know when you see a lower rating for places and think meh, "I'll try them out; what's the worst that can happen." I mistakenly thought I could buy out my lease at this place for the agreed residual price and standard fees stated on my contract. I was quickly reminded by the manager and peanut gallery employees, (upon immediately being asked for my keys) that my BMW would be subject to an "inspection". When I asked them what the inspection was for because my contract states I can purchase my vehicle, "AS-IS". The manager rudely says that fee, "Goes from $300 and up..." not to mention, I would then be on the hook for what ever they deemed needed to be "fixed" in order for them to sell me my car. Obviously, they're running a scam (out-right lying about a "required inspection" and fee for them acquiring the vehicle before selling it to me ) for anyone who isn't paying attention. Pressuring you if you dare to ask a question. No one ever needs to pay more than what's already agreed upon; especially when there's a contract that states it in detail! If I could rate this place a 0 star I would. They're currently under renovation; hopefully that includes the manager and the current front desk staff. To make matters worse we were told on the phone by BMW Financial Services that we could purchase here with no additional fees! Being that parts of FL are STILL flooded, and would be difficult travel to original purchasing dealer; we thought BMW of Melbourne would've been understanding. No ethics exist here. I WOULD STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I started my car but process over the phone and drove from Orlando. Had the absolute best experience. No other dealership compares to this one! Big shout of to Zack and Amanda. I highly recommend this dealership, well worth traveling to! Such a fun laid back atmosphere with great energetic staff. Blows Fields out of the water :) thanks guys!
