We needed to replace our wood stove, my husband stopped in and spoke with Jadon...couldn't be happier. His wealth of knowledge and helpfulness was AMAZING. Not only great customer service but they delivered and installed our new wood stove way faster than planned. We are officially ready for winter! The installation crew was great, super helpful, kind and even cleaned up after themselves. Thank you so much!! We are very happy with our new Lopi.

We received the greatest service from each and every person we dealt with here. Isaac was very very knowledgeable and kind. Not only did he make sure we got the right wood stove. But he also made sure that it was safe for our space since we have an alcove. He went out of his way many times to make sure we were taken care of. He was very patient with us. Karl and Jacob did a phenomenal job redoing our alcove. They redid all the framing and insulation very well and they were very talented, efficient and considerate. Drew and Josh were very talented and efficient as well. They were a great team. They were kind and professional. Got all the piping and wood stove installed smoothly. Sierra was very nice also and very patient with us considering how many times we had to call since we had to make a lot of changes. I highly recommend this place for any services that they provide. They are all genuinely caring and professional. They are absolutely all skilled and knowledgeable. We Would use them again if we shall ever need a wood stove or perhaps a hot tub (wishful thinking).

Renovations and/or maintenance to a new home can be a stressful experience. That being said...I feel I cannot stress enough the unmatched skill, genuine customer care and professionalism that Tyler and Quality Stoves brought to ours. In my opinion, these skilled people are second-to-none for your home fireplace needs and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again in the future. Using Quality on referral... Tyler, their field technician followed up promptly to answer any questions in great detail one would have at the outset. They are fair-priced, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to settle any concerns that people looking to upkeep their home would have during this undertaking with genuine care. Our Heat N' Glo gas fireplace was completely cleaned, refreshed and reset to prime optimal standard. It honestly look like it was new and freshly installed once Tyler was finished with the work. We recently underwent a massive wind storm to the Inland Pacific Northwest - our gas fireplace has a battery backup to ignite the fireplace and keep things warm as the power had gone out. We could not get the backup ignition to function when we needed it most. After the fireplace cleaning, Tyler reset the battery springs, tested, and then gave my wife and I a detailed run-through on the backup feature should the power go out again. What can I tell you...we were absolutely thrilled with the results! It's not often that I come across positive, consummate professionals with this much old-school pride not only in their work, but with the people they work with. Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We had a Lopi Endeavor wood burning stove installed. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. This family run and owned business excels at what they do. Carl and Steve that did our installation were done within 3 hours. 3 hours that included helping shovel our walkway to not track water inside, helping move furniture in our living room to make a better workspace and cleaning up any dust or mess after the installation was complete. You will pay a little more for your stove, but you're paying for an American made product with a great warranty and outstanding customer service. I will forever send business their way.
