We chose the Post Falls Senior Center for a memorial celebration February 17, 2017. Millie and the staff were phenomenal. The center has updated video and sound equipment. The food was supurb. Millie kept her eyes on everything even addressing that we needed additional tables set up as We had around 200 guests and we had only planned for around 150. Top notch facility and staff!!

The people are nice, they answer all your questions. I get my taxes done here, the first time just takes a little bit longer because they have input information. But after that it goes smoothly and more quickly because the information just carries over. I have been going for the last 2 years and will continue to go. Great place.

The ladies were very nice. They all said hello or good morning when we came in. Asked if we found what we were looking for. It we wanted a bag for our things we picked up. Plus all four were very nice when we left. I would go back.

They advertise that they rent out parts of their facility to the public during certain hours of the day. When we tried to rent from them for a group of children they were very hard to deal with. They hassled me about my insurance policy and tried to sell me a policy from one of their board members. They dealt with me for a month before we rented their extra room. In all that time they told me it was fine for us to rent it for 1.5 hours and then after we rented they told me that I underpaid because they have a two hour minimum. When I confronted them about it they said they were sorry and they just "forgot" that they had a two hour minimum policy. The whole time they treated me in such a way I felt discriminated against for trying to do business with them and not being a senior. If they didn't want to rent their facilities out to the public they shouldn't advertise that they do. They either don't know what they are doing or were trying to run us out. The day after our event I received a very rude email full of accusations from the direct result of their poor communication skills. I would never rent from them again or refer them to anyone else.
