Excessive pot smoking is allowed to disrupt peace of other owners. Limited guest parking, used by residents daily. Pet Policy not followed and enforced. Construction in channel will continue another year and a half. Maintenance staff is great!!

The nieghbors are all warm and friendly ! I have friends that reside here and they have always been happy there ! They are animal and children friendy and always have a well kept ,and clean environment !

All same price i belive its $1250.00 now my older brother lives thier his been thier goig on 25 yrs loves it never a problem

Not particularly, but charges can be applied to guests that stay 20 consecutive days or 30 total days in a year if they do not register at the office. No more than 2 persons per bedroom plus one additional person.
