We love living here. Can't beat the location. I'm thankful they rent, b/c I wouldn't want to own a mobile home without owning the land.

Great location, nice ambiance with pleasant 10 min walk to main street the pier and beach. There are complaints about managements (lack of) responsiveness to park tenants though, especially seniors who are being priced out of the park by frequent rent increases
Yes - most of the units in the park are rented out by the management company.
How much are the rents now?
We lived in #47 and were the original owner of that mobile.
When we moved in, in 2003, we paid $700. per month. When the rent eventually went up to $1,700.00, we tried to sell it but ended up giving it to the park for 25k.

Over $2000
is this a 55+ age community? How much is this space rent? If you were to purchase a home all cash what would be the monthly expenses aside from the space rent.? Do you have to pay any type of real estate taxes?

I dont live there but i did work on a project there for a short time.
And I know it's definitely not 55+ and I don't know exact numbers on the space, rent, utilities, etc. the general consensus I got from people was it ends up being around $3,000 a month to be there..
Is the park going to put gates in the 2 entrance to keep residents safe? If not are we gong to have security protected the park?

I doubt that they will.
Is the park mgt going to take care of the people living between the cement wall and plastic walls along Delaware Ave?
