Great park. Lots of space between mobile units, the streets are wide and smooth, with street parking ok during the days

Very nice retirement home with pool Jacuzzi a game room with pool tables and a shuffle board. They have a huge club house where they have weekly activities. They do poker night bingo daily excersize class and more. You do have to be 55 years of age to reside here and they do allow small-medium dogs.

Not in Los Amigos. All leased from the park. All mobiles must be owned by the residents
It is slightly more depending on lot size and double or triple wide size, there are no singles in the park. It is 55 and up (includes guests) very strict about age. When I first moved here I was constantly stopped for id with current address. Not by employee's or manager, but the residents are very enthusiastic for anything or person to talk about. Picture a street gang that instead of getting jumped in you get a ton of complaints followed by the complete medical history of your neighbors by your neighbors. Then a few waves and your in your new gang the Los Amigo's Seniors. Rent per space fora double is 1199 but are constantly being raised too many times a year
