Anthony is very helpful/ knowledgeable of his craft. When ever I have a question in regards to maintenance to my apt. He very helpful not with only answering my question but teaching me at the same time. He is a very hard worker and meeting all the residence needs. I wish that he had someone to take some of the work load off of his shoulders. But he is always on the move working on a project to better the apartment Community. As someone who works in customer service Anthony always strives to do his best and I appreciate it his efforts and wisdom. Even if he’s having a bad day he hides it very well and not allow any personal issues of life get in the way of his work or treating the residence with respect.

Great location and good maintenance. The building manager is very caring and clearly works hard for the residents. The office is normally open well past business hours too.

I have lived at Beachview villa a total of 16 years.I moved out and came back , I have seen several maintenance men working here.I am compelled to write about Jason our current maintenance man.His work ethic and dedication goes above and beyond.I have never had to ask Jason twice to repair something and he won’t stop until the job is done right! He is the first maintenance man after all these years that takes his job to heart! Please don’t let Jason go as he is by far the best we have had!!!!!

It’s a good place since we’ve gotten new management. Jennifer has really done this place a service. Management is great, location is great, price is great. Only down side is old folk hold onto their lease for 15 years and abuse the system, so that’s why it’s so hard to get a studio. This place is a great place to get off your feet, for a year or two but dont abuse the system and keep someone else that needs it from getting a room!
