Honestly they're kind of money hungry. Went for a routine spayed and they told us we needed to get two things tested on my female that cost an extra $700 because there was a 50% chance of being cancer. I don't know how they came up with that statistics and I knew it was just to scare me so I could feel forced to get it. Who wouldn't? Well it wasn't cancer. Them saying 50% cancer left a bad taste in mouth. Definitely be warned they will upcharge and scare you into getting things unnecessary just so they can make extra money on top of the already expensive surgery you're going in for

Every vet I've worked with at VCA New London has been wonderful with Riley and my sister's cats.

Short staffed Drs regularly change No consistency Some very snooty receptionist Because of the time of day wouldn’t do necessary tests as they were closing and suggested an ER if “I was that concerned”

Not sure about ear mite removal but for my dogs yearly visit it was about 250
Yes, they treat exotics and their exotic doctor is awesome.
VCA New London no longer sees exotics to my knowledge. Avian services can be found through Noank Veterinarian Hospital.
Yes, we do perform dental cleanings! Call the office to schedule an appointment and we'll take a look at his mouth and give you an estimate!
Yes. I don't work there. They are my vet, but yes they do. I had my cat done. Just FYI. Petco has a van that comes out and does it super cheap. You should call them in Waterford.
There's a mobile clinic that goes to PeTco once or twice a month. My neighbor spay her cat for $20 o $40. I don't remember the exact amount but it wasn't more than $40 plus a can of food for a donation. They do puppies too. Just go or call Petco and ask about it. Or you can Google it in the Petco Website. They're professional vets and they do an awesome job. You just have to bring your puppy that day in his cage. Leave it there and pick it up in few hours
They do not
