Friendly people, well; behind the curtains. There were roaches as soon as we moved in, they promised us to clear it but they never did. Every place crawls with them. As well our buzzer was not working, and they decided to just ignored it for 8+ months (I moved out so who knows if it’ll work) then decided to make it where we can’t keep the door open so NO packages would be delivered. They decided to ignore anything we asked help with, except the AC unit, which was their fault due to trying to be cheap about it in the first place. Maintenance guy is always up your @$$ and always staring at you. Don’t you dare ask him for help, he will just ignore you. Don’t listen to all the good reviews, they are given because of people being late to rent (no, wonder it’s crazy expensive for getting 2 rooms and 1 bathroom with a SMALL kitchen) the owners give you an extra few days with no fee to give them a good review.

The apartments are very nice property is very well kept and taken care of when I moved in there were some minor issues that I told the office about and they took care of it immediately the maintenance crew will be there the next day for any issues over all it is a great place

weaver farms is a very good place to live at. Everybody is very friendly and the office staff is very amazing and nice people. And every time you need them , they are there when we need help.

My experience has been great. The office staff is extremely helpful. They made our move in experience easy as possible. I am glad we chose Weaver Farm to call home! The grounds are nice it is quiet and conveniently located near restaurants, the mall, and the interstate. Could not be happier.
