The Trellises Apartments

Currently on my fourth year living here. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this complex. The staff has always been more than accommodating, the grounds are beautiful, the location is perfect, maintenance is prompt. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life, from the lowest rent to high end luxury. The Trellises has become my favorite; It’s the longest I’ve ever stayed in one place because of how pleasant my stay has been. It’s home.

For 4 years i resided here with my family and I can’t say enough good things about living there. The property presentation feels safe and secure, maintenance ensures the property always looks clean and up to par and works 24/7 for emergencies. The office staff, Maintenance, and property manager Julie are the most caring and respectful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the cost is competitive if not better then any other apartments in the area. Not to mention the location is a stones throw away from anything you would need. Regrettably after 4 years we had to move away due to family related care, but I am happy and excited to say in a month my family and myself are returning due to the outstanding service and living arrangements! We can’t wait to see everyone again and don’t foresee moving away again for the foreseeable future! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I would also rate this complex a 0 if I could. My family and I moved here from 10 hours away, they gave the key to one of my buddies so we could get it that night but said if he couldn’t get the key they were going to leave our keys in the apartment and unlocked. When we arrived in our apartment it was still dirty, trash was left from the last occupants, mold on vents and overall 100% not ready to be moved in to. Since then we have found that our microwave is broken and I have called damn near everyday this week to see an update but the management does not answer the phone nor return calls. Our dishwasher is broken as well waiting for an update on that. Our sons bathtub doesn’t work maintenance was supposed to fix that. And yet the rent is $1,400? Truly isn’t worth $400 biggest mistake we made was moving into these apartments. Highly recommend looking elsewhere!

If I could rate this experience a 0, I would. We have lived here on short term lease until our home is done being built. The management, staff, maintenance, and property is absurd. The leasing people never get back with you. The maintenance crew never fixes an emergency issue. For example, we have had our mailbox broken for over a month and a half with no resolution. We have called several times with no updates. At this time we have not received mail and to this day we have not been able to receive ANY mail. The neglect and lack of understanding is appalling. I would not recommend Trellises to an enemy. Do not choose to live here if you want a good experience.
