This place needs to renovate and especially people in the office need to do there job are AC stop working in june , so many times we emailed them walk down to the office they never came up to fix it , month of August came ! end of my contract packing my stuff , maintenance guy came up to start working on it 🤦‍♂️

Not sure how it's possible that anyone would rate this place over 1 star. The buildings are in dire need of repairs, everything in common areas is dirty and smells of urine/animals. The worst element is the maintenance crew/guy who is literally less reliable than a child and tries to manipulate everything he can to lessen his work load. I wouldn't trust him with anything, not even duct tape. I couldn't recommend this place to anybody. Terrible mistake signing a contract with them!

I have lived here for 2 years when it come to fixing stuff on time it not worth it you pay over 1000 to live Here just so you ac until goes out and them to take weeks to fix it i remember you it was in the middle of summer.also i called multiple times to clean or fix my dishwasher and they all came in they drained it out and nothing else everytime I try to wash my dishes I just never work and it keeps leaving this foul odor you hide when you open it because of the water sitting inside second of all that having to pay online for your rent and having to pay a service Fee on top of it manager of apartments is the most unprofessional And when covid hit they didn't pause rent they just tacked it on the next month and kept giving people late fees even though no one is working during covid
