Luckily I’m retired and was able to come back on Tuesday Ben the service guy was understanding my dilemma and worked hard to arrange it so I could get my issue corrected.

Our salesman Ryan Richardson was AMAZING! He was super knowledgeable about the vehicles, and was so personable and fun to work with!- (He was just super nice and interacted with our 2.5 year old son that was in tow with us also!) He was not pushy whatsoever and let my husband and I take time to talk things over before making our final decision! Ryan even stayed over past closing time to ensure that he went over all the features, details, etc. for our new car and answered any and all questions we had. Ryan truly made the usual long and tedious car-buying process so much easier and smoother for us this time around! If it hadn’t been for him answering our phone call regarding their new inventory availability, we wouldn’t have lucked out with our brand new Highlander as quick and as easy as we did! We cannot recommend Ryan at Kerry Toyota in Florence enough! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, go ask for Ryan R. and you will not be disappointed working with him whatsoever!

I felt that the facility is setup well to support customer service. The shuttle service was great, made a long repair easier. People were great and quality of work appears to have been high. The negative is that auto repairs overall are simply excessively high.
