Update. This place still sucks. Just went in and walked out. Every one there is grumpy and soda machine doesn't work. Sad Slowest drive thru in the world maybe. Every time. Go to one of the fast food places next door. Any choice is better.

This location on MLK in Greensboro NC has some really good food and great customer service.... it's kids and family friendly with plenty of parking.

Appximately around 3:30 pm, on Saturday August 27th, 2022, I went inside to order a Strawberry Frosty at the MLK location in Greensboro NC. Before ordering, I noticed that the Employee that would be taking my order was constantly wiping her nose with hands and sleeves!🤮 As she was about to grab a cup for my order, I said to her "Will you be making my Frosty"? She said, Yes. I said to her could you please put on some gloves and she replied " I KNOW THE RULES and I WAS GOING TO WASH MY HANDS!! I cook at home and wash my hands!! I said, Are you the Manager?? She said, I CAN BE!!! That's when I knew She couldn't be with a nasty altitude like that!! Shenbleft her station to wash her hands. I asked another employee for the Manager and I told her exactly what happened and the Employee continued to go off about the situation and She told the Manager that I shouldn't have been discussing what happened to another Customer. The Manager then asked her to stop talking. She was appauded and apologized for the Employee's action and gave me a complimentary Frosty. Everyone isn't cut out for customer service and that Employee who is a ticking time bomb needed to be fired or given a reduced position and a Paycut!!I will never eat at that location again!!

Their service is horrible they only take one order at a time, I'm not eating wendys again. You shouldn't either.
