Went there Friday night to take my mother something different from the hospital food she has been eating at cone during her stay and it was cold and nasty! They were busy as hell and the food should of been piping hot having to wait in line for 10 minutes. The busier the establishment the more hot the food should be IMO!

I just ordered a sausage McGriddle and 2 hash browns.. then I had a coupon to get a free hash brown… yall just charged me for all 3 but now no one is answering the phone after I just called 7 times and I would like my money back.

Maybe they don't care. Mcdonalds sometimes are the worst places to eat at. Chain wide unfortunately. But there are some McDonald's that are pretty good. Battleground and Cone Blvd for one is pretty good to eat at.
