This store doesn't even deserve a one star. I tried to return unused still in the package makeup and the owner’s son (who felt really entitled) refused to give me a refund. He claims it’s store policy but when he showed me the sign it was pertaining to dresses and accessories NOT MAKEUP. The makeup I had previously bought from their store gave me an allergic reaction so I thought I’d better just return the new ones I purchased. The owner’s son had the nerve to get loud with me. Worse customer service ever!

Absolutely the worst customer service in THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! Just shopped here today. We've been here a few times before but this is the last time. My husband went in to go buy some shoe laces. She had already given him a dirty look as soon as he walked in. Why? Cus he's Mexican with tattoos? Anyways total comes out to $1.08. He pulls out his card and she's like no card only cash! He's like it says right here you take cards and we've shopped here before for small things. She's like only cash! You cheap!!! And pulled the laces back. Wth!? Since when does having only cards make you cheap?! He called me on his way home telling me what happened. So I rounded up some quarters because I too only use cards. And headed back over there myself. Of course I acted like nothing was wrong so I can buy the stupid laces. I didn't even take anything out of my wallet yet and she goes cash only we don't take cards. So I give her the change. Afterwards I asked her why they won't take the cards for something cheaper. She said (still with a nasty sour look on her face) Cus they get charged for people using cards. Ok that makes sense. But I was still pissed n told her well that was MY husband that came in here and you were so rude and called him cheap. We're not cheap we just never have cash on us. You don't need to be rude! I went on to tell her I always buy my tank tops from here not anymore. (She was talking over me the entire time) she's like "u no come back" I told her I'm not. I'm starting to walk out n she yells (so other customers can hear) you no shop here no more! Ok I've NEVER cussed at some in my life! But I just yelled out F*** you!!! And walked out. Seriously that place sucks. They treat people like crap. I've hardly ever seen them smile. They're just straight up rude rude rude. My blood has never boiled so much to make me actually go somewhere and say something to them. But I'm not going to let some cheapy Asian store owner treat my husband like that. Take my advice. Shop somewhere else where you can actually be treated with respect. I pray this store closes down. I can see by others reviews they're not very nice to anyone. I don't see how this place even has 3 stars.

Rude people. Overpriced. They follow you & watch u like a hawk. Clothes are almost always damaged. No exchange or refund. They like to criticize you , talk down to you and occasionally yell like at you.

My sister bought a shirt, and decided 1/2hr later to go back for another one she had liked better, the price tag was on, but not the size, lady didn’t want to change it because of that, we had not notice it was missing that because we were shopping in a hurry earlier, well I took my son and we were in the front counter and the lady was telling her she couldn’t change it (which we would of been "ah, man", but understood) then my son reached to see a shiny necklace (he is 10 months)and SHE TRIED TO SLAP HIM, telling him "no touch" I don’t know what she was on or if she was in a bad mood or what, but did NOT have to do that, I couldn’t believe it and I asked her not to do or try that again,(upset but nicely, still in disbelief she had just done that) then she started with "well take care of him, he is your responsibility" (which I do, and have NEVER gotten a complaint about him, he is a very GOOD BOY, and thank god for that) and all this uncalled for stuff, that "we people are liars" (what people??, she is being racist now!) started talking in Chinese or Korean(something of that sort) I don’t know where all this hostility was coming from, but is UNEXCUSABLE....I cannot stress to you enough how upset if was, and still are, he is just a BABY...if she was in a bad mood that is NOT my fault, and certainly no way to treat a customer...............
