Called for a repair service and the gentleman who answered was condescending, not wanting to perform the service, and talked as though I couldn’t afford the service or would be willing to pay the charge.

We have a Copper Canyon 16x24 oval and want to see if there is something we can do with skimmer cover to keep us from emptying so much water from the pool for winter.....our old pool had an edge and we could cover the skimmer opening.

Skimmer covers have a high failure rate. If you are set on installing one, try purchasing the correct size online. Lipps Pools does not sell them because of all the complaints of them failing.

11am to 6pm. I'm not sure about the 6pm but for sure they can test it starting at 11am, they are so nice that they tested mine at 10am because I forgot. On Saturdays I think they start a little bit later.
