Poor customer service. Failed to help transfer two lines, 5 days later, still no service. After driving back to the location, they resubmitted the transfer, told me to wait another 24 hours. Refused to own the mistake and waive the activation fees. The manager didn’t seem to care about letting a 25 year customer leave the store upset.

Way to busy, not enough help, or slow service, it took 1 1/2 hours waiting to get a replacement phone. That took maybe 5 minutes for the team member to get for us and send us on our way. They wouldn't even transfer the old phone info over to the new one. Was told they couldn't do it. Go to the Hebron store. Quicker service and a friendlier Verizon team.

If you select the number from your call log there will be a drop down list(usually three dots) in the upper right of the screen. Select Block Number from that list.
This location was closed by the business so it could be staffing issues or an outbreak possibility isn't out of the question.

Jailbreaking & unlocking are two different things. Jailbreak just lets you load non app store software. Verizon LTE phones are already unlocked. Just need to insert a new sim card.
1. Open the My Verizon app. 2. Select the profile tab. 3. Tap Manage Privacy Settings. 4. Select Relevant Mobile Advertising 5. Tap on No to opt-out on the desired lines.
I called Verizon, they said there Is A unlimited data plan for prepaid. It's $80 a month.
