They would not drive me home (3.4 miles down the road) or give me a loaner car to use and they had had my car for 4 days. No one there could come pick me up when my car was finally finished. Did some things that were not covered by the extended warranty and costs over $425. I am not pleased at all. I am very displeased. . I would not recommend this company.

Craig was the representative that I worked with when my wrangler needed repair. He kept me updated on what was happening with the repair. The only issue was they repaired the rear brakes and I came and picked up the vehicle, but took it home and kept getting codes on the dash and lost power. I had to bring it back and they had to fix a sensor. I would have liked them to drive the vehicle after the first repair to make sure everything was good. That way I wouldn’t have had to bring it back a second time.

We do have rental vehicles available. They are offered to our Zimmer Promise customers with any major service or factory warranty work. They are otherwise available for rent by the day.

Absolutely! We offer a shuttle service and have a waiting area with snacks and drinks. Our shuttle is available 7am-5pm Monday through Friday and 7am-2pm on Saturday.
