This place has gone down over the years, and their management team is crass at this point. They allow people to leave the doors opened to the property, so there is no security. They do not paint or replace the carpet, no matter how long a tenant has been on the premises. However, they are raising the rent every year or sooner, and are looking to force a certain demographic out. While their practices may be within the law, I find them to be gross and inhumane. To tell a person that they are above section eight or that they are not low income housing just so that they can have an excuse to deny tenants that require pandemic assistance is simply bigotry. It saddens me to learn that tenants that have been in this place for well over 10 years are basically being treated like they are nothing. Do not move to this place. Use your $1000.00 or more for a secured property with updated painting, carpeting, appliances, and most of all, free of pestilence and roach infestation! Do not bother with them. They are not worth the time unless they are your last choice. Believe me, they will let you know that you are the bottom of the totem pole for them, and that you better have your money on time or else they will find another low level person like you. There view of certain people that is. Terrible property management PERIOD.

I work here and live here. And it is safe here. I do know that Florence patrols the property on the regular. Can't say how many times they have been called here. But even so it's is still a safe place
