I have lived in many different complexes but I have to say this is my favorite. I love my apartment the maintenance man so friendly and helpful but the best part is the leasing manager Sherri is beyond helpful she truly cares about her residents. Always there to help you about any situation. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

I know the rent here isn't cheap but either is the quality of living. Having rented from some real difficult properties, Sherry in the office & the other staff are awesome! Most my dealings are with Sherry but she actually is the best. Welcoming honest but respectful & honestly the whole reason I even renewed my lease... I don't want to take a chance with a terrible property company/staff again!

I recently moved into Windridge Townhomes. After working in property management myself, I have to say that the staff is beyond comparison! Sherry and Lindsay have been the most accommodating and wonderful individuals to work with. They provide timely responses to any questions that I have had both during the leasing process and since I have moved in. The maintenance staff, though I have not had to use them, did a fantastic job to make sure that my unit was up to my ridiculously high standards. I have moved a lot over the past few years with work and this has been the best experience I have had in the past 6 years. If you are looking for a great place to live, please come check out Windridge Townhomes. You will not be disappointed! So why did I chose Windridge? I could not find any rent-able town homes in the Northern Kentucky area without going through a private owner. The two bedroom units have a great amount of space plus an attached garage. The kitchen finishes are amazing! You cannot find a better value for your money in Northern Kentucky.
